When you delete, we don't hide it or archive it — we hard-purge the audio and the records tied to it. Here's how.
SoulCall · com.soulcall.com
In the app, you can permanently delete your whole account — your login, email, profile, and every recording — in a few taps. You can also delete just your recordings and keep your account. Prefer email, or no longer have the app installed? Message us and we'll purge everything. Either way, deletion is permanent and irreversible by design. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and there's never anything to "recover."
You can permanently delete every recording you've made without leaving SoulCall:
Once you confirm, your audio is hard-purged along with the records tied to it. This removes your recordings; your login and email stay so you can still sign in. To remove those too, delete your whole account — in the app or by email, below.
To permanently delete your full account — your login, email, profile, and all of your recordings — without leaving SoulCall:
The moment you confirm, we hard-purge your recordings, your profile, and your login itself, and sign you out. Gone means gone.
No longer have the app installed, or would rather we handle it? Email privacy@mysoulcall.com and ask us to delete your account. So we can verify it's you and act quickly, please:
We'll confirm the request, hard-purge your account and everything tied to it, and email you when it's done. We aim to complete account-deletion requests within 30 days.
You don't have to delete everything at once. You can revoke consent on a recording at any time, which pulls it from every editorial queue so nothing is featured or posted from it. If you'd like us to remove specific recordings but keep your account, email privacy@mysoulcall.com and tell us what you'd like removed.
When you delete all your recordings, we permanently remove the audio files and the database records tied to them, plus internal editorial data such as transcripts and review notes. When you delete your whole account, we additionally remove your login and email and your profile — display name, first name, and any location or profile details you added.
We keep only the minimal records we're legally or operationally required to retain — for example, limited security or abuse-prevention logs — and no longer than necessary. These do not include your audio. If a recording of yours was already featured and shared publicly on social media before you deleted, contact us and we will take it down.
Anything about deletion, your data, or takedowns — email privacy@mysoulcall.com. We read every message. You can also read our full Privacy Policy.
